I'm in the process of getting dorkbotpdx.org's DNS registration and
hosting (just the DNS hosting, not the actual server hosting) moved
over to Gandi and apparently I messed something up in the zone file
late last night. I'm trying to get this straightened out, but in the

[dorkbotpdx-announce] Upcoming courses for artists and other dorks!

Some of you have likely heard about this already, but for those who haven't, there are a couple upcoming courses at PNCA that may be of interest.

The first is Physical Computing for Artists, being taught by our own Don Davis (though, I have it from a reliable source that one Collin Oldham may also make a guest appearance!). The course will be focused on using the Arduino to sense and control objects within the physical space. This is a new course at PNCA and I hope to see it continue on into the future. This saturday we will introduce our new hardware the Maple Bacon in a workshop focusing on programming.
In this workshop we will introduce the Leaflabs Maple platform using our own varient of the maple mini, the "Maple Bacon". This will be a software only (hardware is included, no soldering required) class and it will focus on programming.
